Tammy is already looking down on us from above, she is free of the vessel that she employed in order to be in the presence of family and friends. Now she has left that vessel behind and moved on to a much more esteemed position, one she planned on being in her whole life on this earth. God bless her family, and friends that will go throught the pain of handing her over to God.Her last words were very uplifting,to me and others suffering from terminal illness. She will be missed.

RIP Tammy Faye. I just watched your interview on Larry King. I am absolutely amazed at your faith in God and your positive outlook and the fact that you could laugh and smile while being in so much pain. You are truly an inspiration and have really challanged me tonight on my faith and in my relationship with God. Thank you. I am thankful you are in heaven now with Jesus and can have your hamburger and fries.
God Bless.

Tammy's pressing on despite the mistakes, knocks of life and all the odds has been an real encouragement.

When I think back to the days of the television evangelist show, it reminds me how that not everything in life is what it seems.

While the mistakes and sins going on behind the scene in the "evangelist empire" were bad, they have served as a guideline in my own life to be sure not to simply conform to an image of churchianity....that real spiritual awareness is what is on the inside.

Recently seeing Tammy on a television reality show it was astonishing that she was on the show with some people who have marketed a hedonistic lifestyle apart from Godliness.

It became readily encouraging as I watched it, that Tammy even held her ground on the show about God and showed kindness to those people in the same way that Jesus himself would have done had he been asked to appear on such a show.

Thank you Tammy for doing all that you could, with the talents you were given.

Dear Tammy Faye, I never understood what kind of a person you were until I watched you on The Surreal Life. You were kind and non-judgemental. May God bless your family and comfort them. We will miss you.

Even when the PTL scandal broke, I thought that Tammy Faye was the real deal. I watched this woman, and through the tears and all the drama was a real woman just being who she was. It is truly an inspiration to hold faith and not be cynical regarding the stages of life, as she so consistently did. I hope my faith is as strong as Tammy Faye's as life continues. Her almost childlike joy and love of others was a true gift to the world. Her eyelashes is what the world and I will remember, but it was truly her heart that is her gift to us all. God bless Tammy Faye and her family.

My prayers go out to the sweet family of Tammy Faye. Though I am sure that you are missing Tammy's loving spirit-she is shining brightly in heaven! Praise the lord that she is no longer suffering. May you find the comfort you need to get through this most difficult time with God's grace.

Tammy, I know you are watching over me right now while i write you this message. Thank You tammy for accepting the same community who have given you everything we could. The community who gave back to you when you lost everything. You have so accepting to our lifestyle and in a way a messenger to those who hate the gay community. Showing us all that a person with great faith can love everyone the same. Tammy I will always love you, but never miss you, because you have not left me, Youre now even closer to me. God bless you, and i know youre having trouble keeping your head up in heaven right now, because the crown you have been given by god is of such weight. I love you, I love you, I love you...and can't wait for the day I will be in heaven beside you....

R.I.P. I may not beilieve in what you talk about, like an afterlife and God. But I believe that you are in a better place and now are relieved of your pain. I didn't know much of you until I saw you on tv on the surreal life. I learned a lot about you since then and have been trying to follow your story. I know it will be hard for your closest fans and admirers and even harder for your family and friends. I just hope that they can remember the great times you all have had. Goodbye.

I was so sad to see Tammy on Larry King and seeing her looking so frail and obviously in pain. It brought tears to my eyes. I used to watch Tammy on PTL and loved her so much on Surreal Life. She was a genuine person.
I remember in her documentary she said that when she passed away she didn't want people to be sad. Instead of flowers she wanted lots of brightly colored balloons. Tammy had such a positive outlook on everything. She will be truly missed.
My heart goes out to her family and friends.
