You have always been such a witness to all. God loves you and can't wait to see you in His kingdom. Rest in the Father's loving embrace now. It will be fine. You have loved your children and taught them the love of Jesus. They will be alright.

Dear Tammy:

I remember the PTL Club. I still have the Psalm and Proverbs tapes from PTL Club read by Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. Have you read the book by F. F. Bosworth,CHRIST THE HEALER? Perhaps someone can read to you. It is a wonderful book on divine healing. It helped me. I received it from TBN. God bless and keep you Tammy. I will be praying for you. I won't give up either.

Tammy, I stand in agreement with you that the Lord would touch you and heal your body that you would gain 50 lbs and no more pain. That he would heal you and your body would once again know comfort. I claim and speak this now in the name of Jesus Christ. Cancer is a name Tammy and every name must bow to the name of Jesus. I love you and I am praying for you in Jesus name Amen And Amen

I am a flight attendant for a major airline. I fly between L.A. and Hawaii. I was talking about you yesterday with a young couple. We were commented on how wonderful we think you are. I told myself at that moment that as soon as I got home that I was going to e-mail you. You have been such an inspiration to me, and I've always really liked you. I just wanted you to know that I'm praying for you, and to say thank you for all that you've done for people for so many years. You are one of the most honest, uplifting, confident and motivating people I've ever known. I hope to meet you someday and thank you personally.
Eternally grateful,

I just wanted you to know that I am thinking of you today. Please know that although I am not a religious person, because of the caring nature that you have shown others, you have touched me. I feel the warmth of your very soul.

Tammy, you've been an inspiration to many for so many years, yet I don't think you understand how God has used you. I trust that your days are getting better. I remember in college when I worked for Lottie's shoes. You would come shop there alot. Also visited you many times at PTL.
Thanks so much for loving the gay community. You'll never know, having been raised in pentecostal my self, how it feels to know that someone loves you just the way you are and isn't looking for an excuse to shut their doors and keep you out.
You are and have always been everything that Jesus stands for in this world. For someone wanting to know WWJD - just ask Tammy!!!
Love and prayers your way!!

Keep the faith!
I love the words from this old hymn, "Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus, look full in his wonderful face and the things on earth will grow strangely dim it the light of his glory and grace."

God bless.

Dear Tammy-
I have never had cancer but several people in my family have. My aunt died when she was 18 about 6 weeks before I was born. I'm 22 now. This was in 1984. She fought this awful disease for over 5 years. My grandfather also passed at 77 from cancer last year. I feel so badly for you and the awful pain your in. God is always with you and angels are always around you. I know it must be hell on earth for you but rest assured that people care and you have faith in the next world, heaven. I wish you love and peace- Love always x- Michael

Dear Tammy,

I'm a long ago former member of the PTL Club. I managed to bring one of my brother's to the Lord while watching you and Jim one day. For that, I'll always be thankful. I am a mother of six surviving children, as my second and third born children both had relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia over a 22 year period. My son Joseph died in 1993. Then, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1998. See my short bio at: I would like to further encourage your healing, by reassuring you that YOU are surrounded by the healing light and love of our Heavenly Father. Feel it, but most of all (without a wavering doubt) know it. Sometimes it's hard to feel His presence, compassion, and healing in the midst but no matter what was happening or how I was feeling, I couldn't be swayed otherwise. I refused to focus on the disease, treatments, or side effects. Even more important, surround yourself with people of unwavering faith. If those other's (who judge a book by it's cover) manifested their thoughts -we'd be at home with the Father right now. :) Those unexpressed thoughts and fears can be transferred to us, and so we need to be mindful of who's really running the race, and fighting the good fight with us. I'm in your corner Tammy. Peace and strength to you my sister. Love & Hugs ~Doris

I am sorry to see you or anyone suffer with this trendous illness, however, I and my family are praying for a devine healing for you. If you are not healed here on earth I know that God will heal you in Heaven. Think positive. I know that I myself have been ill of and on in the past and what I decided to do now that I am healthy before it is too late is to write a letter to all my friends, family, and even those that I am at odds with. I will be saying the things you always wished you would have said. Such as I am sorry,I love you,and I forgive you sort of things. I want more than anything else to hear well done thy good and faithful servant, welcome home. Sorry so long you need your rest, I just wanted to give a little encouragement to you.

Love and GOD bless you and your family always.
