Watching your interview on CNN/Larry King was an emotional experience for me, but seeing your strength in the Lord showed everyone that even in times of sadness the the Lord still shinned through you. God bless you and I'm glad your home...........

I watched the interview on Thursday with Tammy and Larry, and it
really hit home for me. My mother is currently battleing an
aggressive and deadly form of cancer with similar symptoms. I called
my mom that next day telling her about the interview, and highly
suggested that she log on larry's website and watch it again because
it was very touching. I was devestated to hear about her passing
today, and send my condolences to her entire family. Tammy was a
strong, lively, and commited individual for all that she had done. I think its a beautiful thing that she found Jesus. May she rest in
peace and find all those beautiful things

Tammy,
You were always an inspiration for Christian women. We have lost a woman who truly stood up for what she believed. God bless you!
Roe, Jay and Tammy Sue,
Having just lost my own mother in April to ALS, I can relate to what you are going through. While it wasnt a surprise when she died, it was a devastating loss. My mother never gave up her faith that Christ could heal her illness. He instead chose to take her Home. I would love to see them in Heaven fellowshipping with Christ right now! May God bless you and your children and keep you safely in His arms. May God comfort you and give you the peace in knowing that she is no longer in pain. Please take comfort in KNOWING that you will see her again!

Best wishes,
Bobbi

Tammy, You've run "your race", and you've finished "your course", and now you have entered into the joy of the Lord for eternity. No more pain, tears, disappointments or other Earthly matters. As one believer to another, you were the "real deal" through all of your adversities, and left a legacy of what it means to trust the Lord Jesus Christ and not look to your circumstances. Now, gathered in that Heavenly grandstand, pray that we who will be joining you someday, will run "our races" faithfully until the end. We Love You!

My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I'm sure they are so proud of you and have every reason to be. I didn't know you personally, but I wish I could have. I think you were a good friend to anyone you knew. Rest in peace.

I have admired you since you were on the PTL Club. I began my day watching you and Jim tell me "you can make it"...I still have that magnet on my refrigerator. And to hear you sing...I still have your tapes and albums. You are still an inspiration to me. Now, you have gone on to Heaven and are resting in the arms of Jesus. God is calling His singers home, and there are so many of you there...Howard & Vestal, Jake Hess, Glen Payne, J D Sumner, Rex Nelon, Doris Akers, George Younce, Hovie Lister, Rusty Goodman, and now, you, sweet Lady. Soon you will be singing the old hymns with the saints!

My sincere condolences to Roe, Jay, Tammy Sue, Jim, the extended family, and those so close to Tammy these past weeks and months. Thank you so much for sharing her with us. She endured much at the hand of a cruel world, but she never lost her faith, her love of God, and her ability to laugh at herself. Rest in peace, Tammy Faye.

I am so sad and grief-stricken that Tammy Faye is no longer on Earth. She went from being a punchline for a lot of people to an inspiration to many across the nation and the world. I had the privilidge of meeting Tammy Faye when she came to North Carolina to host a fundraising event for those living with AIDS. She was so funny, warm, and caring. I am glad that she is no longer in pain, and I know that she is with the God that she loved so much.

TO the family of Tammy Faye, I pray that God will comfort you all at this time, and give you his Strength each day. Tammy Faye, has just moved to a much better place and i am sure she is singing, dancing and loveing being in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ. She may be gone but definetely not forgotten. I am sure Tammy Faye would want you all to continue walking close to the Lord and fullfilling what He has called you to do. Glory and Honor to God forever and ever.

I know that you are with the Lord. Thank
you for including gay people instead of
rejecting them. I know that you understood that Jesus was one that included rather than excluded. You are well deserving of your reward in paradise - a beautiful example of the love of God in the midst of adversity.

Tammy: You will not read this message as you have graduated to your great reward. For your children I say, you're mother was a hero...not for how she lived her life while healty...that's the easy part, but for how she lived her life when her health was failing. My mom died of Parkinson's Disease after a lengthy 7 year battle...she handled it with grace and dignity just like your Mom did. I wish you only good things and hope that you will always remember your mom, not for the troubled times, but for the triumphant life she lived when when things got hard. Love to you both.

Tammy we know that you are up in heaven already. Thank you for all the strength you have give us for our walk with Christ. We pray for your husband and your children. May they continue the Lord's work. Look forward to see you in heaven one day where there is no more pain and suffering. Amen! God bless you and your family.

Dear Tammy,

On behalf of my grandmother, Bernice, I want to say thank you for being such an inspiration in her life and in so many others lives as well. I had the priviledge of visiting Heritage USA with my grandparents in 1983. My fondest memory was my grandfather taking a picture of me with Tammy Sue at the pool and a visit to the Upper Room. I prayed intensely for the gift of speaking in tongues (yes, I was 8) and I feel the Lord touched my heart that day. My grandmother was such an inspiration to me and she dearly loved you and your family. She passed away in 1990 so I'm positive that she was at the pearly gates greeting you on Friday.

Now, you can have all the hamburgers you want!

I AM DEVISTATED BY THE NEWS OF YOUR PASSING; HOWEVER, I KNOW THAT YOU ARE WITH THE lORD AND HAVE BECOME ONE OF THOSE WHO CONDUCT WARFARE FOR THOSE OF US WHO REMAIN, HERE. I LOVED YOU VERY MUCH AND EVEN THOUGH I WILL MISS SEEING AND HEARING FORM YOU, I WILL SLEEP MORE PEACEFULLY KNOWING THAT YOU ARE THERE - DOING WHAT YOU DO BEST - PRAYING AND INTERCEEDING. YOU ARE THE MOST PURE INDIVIDUAL THAT I HAVE EVER KNOWN. MY PRAYER IS THAT I CAN LEARN TO WALK THE WAY THAT I SAW YOU WALK. TAMMY - I LOVED YOU AS IF YOU WERE PART OF MY FAMILY AND I NEVER NEVER CEASEED TO INCLUDE YOU IN MY PRAYERS. REST, MY DEAR ONE, AND KNOW THAT I LOVED YOU!!!!

I know you're in another, happier, pain free place now, and although I believe you are aware of the love and thoughts we have for you, I'll write this to your family & loved ones. Until the last few years all I knew of this remarkable lady was she wore a lot of make up and when she cried it ran down her face. Then I watched a few episodes of "The Surreal World". She shared a house with other celebrities who worked in very diverse areas of entertainment. One person was a porn star, another was a girl from another reality show who seemed to be having issues with drinking and promiscuous sex. Tammy won my heart by her kindness and absolute nonjudgemental attitude. She even brought the show to a halt when talk show host Sally Jesse Raphael attempted to put the previously mentioned young lady on the spot. Tammy Faye was awsome! She showed the world what true Christian love was . Tammy, you will be missed.

I have never really been a big fan of Tammy Faye, but I was saddened to hear of her passing. I received a lot of my information from listening to her son, Jay, on the Revolution NYC podcasts, and I want to send my prayers to him, as well as his sister and his father.

God bless.
